Evaluation instrument is a tool to support evaluation of multimedia learning resources. It is designed for eliciting ratings and it can be available as both a digital form (web form, software)

use to evaluate the quality of digital learning resources is designed to easy use. It is developed using specific vocabulary to avoid multiple interpretations. The specific criteria included in this structure are grouped under four main headings : pedagogical quality aspect, didactic quality aspect, technical quality aspect and academic quality aspect. The criteria are intended to encourage evaluators to think critically about the resource and evaluate some of its more detailed aspects. The criteria are not listed in order of importance, which will vary according to the resource and its intended use.
Conclusions
Technology element such as the multimedia is
something that we access when we start our computer or even hand phone every
day to transmit information via virtual realm to other people. Most likely
nowadays the multimedia are interactive to use such as the online banking,
social media and filling out the online survey. On the other hand, non-interactive
multimedia is usually kept for personal use for the user to modify, adding or
deleting things from the multimedia. In addition, the evaluation of multimedia can
be consist of printable materials and web form applications.
